Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days from order confirmation for your order to arrive.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at team@corestorm.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the point of purchase. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking indicates it has been lost in transit, please contact us at team@corestorm.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
